Garlic Tip #22

Let’s talk about health and why garlic is so good for you.

It’s because it is packed with such nutrients as:

 

Vitamin A – Good for eye sight. Skin health. Immune function.

Vitamin C – Prevents scurvy (dirty pirates!!). A wonderful antioxidant. Strengthens immune system

Phosphorus – Strengthens living cells (helps with transportation)

Potassium – is necessary for the function of living cells

There a bunch of others also. But when I tried to research I couldn’t for the life of me understand what they do or how they do it.

Let’s just say garlic is good for you. Try and eat a good garlic recipe every day. Never use a garlic press. Use a garlic chopper they work much better.
