Garlic Recipe for Garlic Bruschetta

This is a lovely garlic recipe for a light (healthy) snack or if you want to serve a little appetizer before dinner.
Garlic recipe item preparation list:
- Two cloves of garlic (chopped in the3 world famous Garlic Chop)
- Six Plum Tomatoes (diced)
- One Baguette sliced down the middle
- Two handfuls of mozzarella (grated)
- Three tablespoons of fresh basil
- Two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- Three tablespoons of olive oil
- A pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions for making this wonderful garlic recipe for garlic bruschetta:
- Stir the olive, basil, and vinegar together. Add in the tomatoes and sprinkle in the salt and pepper
- Heat the bread in the oven for approx 10mins until crispy
- Place the cheese and tomato mixture on the bread
