Garlic Recipe for Garlic Steak Spice

A perfectly marinated steak grilled on a BBQ is one of my favourite things in the world. Typically I like to use a charcoal BBQ for the extra flavour it brings out in the meat but gas will work also.

Garlic Recipe item preparation list:
3 Teaspoons coarse salt
1 and a half Teaspoons black pepper
1 Teaspoon dried oregano
1 Teaspoon dried thyme
1 Teaspoon paprika
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (to taste) – this gives heat
2 Teaspoons Chopped garlic (Chopped in The Garlic Chop(tm))

Instructions for making wonderful Honey Roasted Garlic Chicken garlic recipe:
- Mix dry ingredients and add chopped Garlic, chop fine and make a paste.
- Rub into steaks and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Grill steaks 3-5 minutes a side.
- Tent Steaks under foil for 5-7 minutes

• Garlic Recipe for Garlic Dipping Sauce

  This garlic recipe is great for entertaining. It may be a better idea to use this for indoor parties where the temperature is milder as opposed to being outside in the Summer time.
