Garlic Recipe for the worlds most Amazing Garlic Glaze!!

If you like to BBQ this is a great recipe for you. Beef Kebabs, Chicken, Port, Vegetables, you name it. Here goes……
This is a two step recipe.

Step Number One: Roast eight garlic cloves. ** Use a classic garlic roaster or wrap in foil
Step Number Two:

Garlic recipe item preparation list:

One cup orange and lemon juice (equal parts)
Roasted garlic cloves
One teaspoon of toasted cumin
One teaspoon of kosher or seasalt
Several pinches of black pepper
Several pinches of cayenne pepper
Three quarters of a cup of olive oil

Instructions for making this wonderful garlic recipe for garlic glaze:

Blend everything except the olive oil
Once smooth slowly add the olive oil (while ingredients are being blended) until thick
Place in the refrigerator to set
Coat of Meat / Veges with a brush
Keep in the fridge when not in use
